Daaaammmnnnnn hahahahahahahaha
I left Optum last year and was making less than $50k ha. They started offshoring and taking away the few perks that made the position tolerable.
I couldn’t tell you the grade. Located in the south.
I have a graduate degree as well.
South
29
$130k
East coast, grade 27, 11 years tenure 72k
29, central/east coast $115k
whats a care advocate?
I can tell you that there are care advocates in grade 26 with A&T walking in making $80k and getting $5k sign on bonuses and earn more than people with ten years tenure currently at $73k. It’s disgusting. Some Grade 27 SR. CAs have inflated earnings of $85k. They need to stop paying people unfairly and give everyone a salary adjustment.
@6pdy+1jCIpakZ you are being severely underpaid. im grade 25 and make 64k in the midwest
Midwest 28, 88k. Severely underpaid for my contributions. Thinking I need to start working my pay and quiet quit
Grade 27 64K been told it was low (eye roll) and lied to over and over that disparity would be fixed.... (for reference, base for this grade a right below that line)
Grade 30 $160k, last bonus was $32k with options. And then I retired. Too little too late.
26 $85k west coast, it’s low
$100k level 28 in Midwest. I’ve been here 17 years. The only true way to make more money is to leave and comeback.
Sorry, post was from MINNEAPOLIS.
Grade 30: 223K
I work on the Eastern side of the US and am 28 at base of $121 with 10% bonus. Mind you the bonus has NEVER come close to that. It’s all a ruse.
Regarding the person from HR who doesn't want us to post. If people are comfortable posting, then that's our choice. Shedding sunlight on pay discrepancies is useful for all of us.
Grade 30 east coast 153K.
30 in New England and base of 173k with 20% bonus
105$ grade 28,Midwest, 3 years at the company. Only ever got a single 2% raise since I have been here.
I have never seen anything positive come from comparing pay. Stop
This confirms that I was grossly underpaid as a grade 28 manager at $85k with 20 direct reports. I left as it was clear I was being taken advantage of. They talk about equity but don’t put their money where their mouths are. I’m disgusted with this company.
Grade 26 in the Midwest.
$91,000
What dept? I'm a 28 only at $94 in the Midwest. Per the market algo, I'm right where I should be.
Is 119k your base salary or does it include a bonus?
What is the point that of this post? No value add whatsover.
102k grade level 28.
I am the original poster - I make $119K as a 28 in the Midwest.
