Licensed Service is being transferred to WNS,the new Vendor from Pune India? I hope We got placed with right company.Never heard of this company. This is taking place on December 13th 2022. I'm worried. We have not been told what are new schedule is or what hours We are working. This is terrible. I may not even transfer if they give me a cr---y schedule. It's already bad as it is. After more than 9 years I have worked for Allstate.We just get handed off like this. Last minute sort of deal I guess as always. What happens with our pension? I am at a loss for words.

LS here, out move is supposed to take place 11/29, we also haven’t being given our schedule, all they are saying is it is supposed to stay the same, but I truly don’t trust anything.
I'm in ASIC and we aren't going until early next year but also WNS if we don't get laid off. Please post what it's like working for them
