What is most frustrating is that there are some job postings out there that employers have no interest in filling. What are your experiences?

Youthanize. Is that meaning “Make yourself younger.” If so I like that idea. Learn to spell if your going to be a jerk.
if you're so unhappy please youthanize yourself and be done with it.
After divorced with your wife or husband, will you consider back together again? This will help you to decide for rehire or not
In the Severance Agreement, I see where we can't "contract" for T-Mobile for 4 months, but I do not see where Ericsson and Nokia are off-the-table. Can you provide details as to where you see this?
They need people to listen.
Don't give up.
Yes, that has been my experience. Over the past 2 months, I have been pursued by dozens and dozens of different recruiters through email, phone calls, and text messages. Exactly zero jobs have been offered by way of these so-called recruiters. Another interesting thing is that the majority of the work out there right now is TMO, Ericsson, or Nokia. Per the severance policy, I am unable to accept those jobs. However, I do find it strange that TMO laid off thousands yet now they are attempting to back fill those jobs. Why did they terminate good people only to try and find other good people? The network and therefore the consumer will suffer in the end, unfortunately.
Job search? Naw... just laid up here in a country state of mind.
Remote job is still more attractive than office lately after covid, some company realized that work from home bring more benefits but T-Mobile still insist to bring people back to office.
I have found opportunities- i have a job that i started today. Funny yesterday how i got an email from T-Mobile saying i completed Severance requirements and within the same minute got another "welcome aboard email" from my new employer. not entirely satisfied with that opportunity though so working on 2 more which pay better and meet other criteria. I've turned down many recruiters for various jobs, not qualified , too much remote work from home, wanted me to relocate etc.
I am just working my a-s of and looking for any opportunity to get out of T-Mobile.
