Thread regarding Ford layoffs

No US Bev tax incentives on ford bevs

Ford should be required to staff us engineers to design and use our great uaw partners in US assembly plants to build bevs which qualify for tax incentives and not employ this outside the US

Ford should be using us employees for us tax incentives on bevs sold in us. Uaw members make sacrifices when they strike to maintain benefits and some job guarantee for existing and future members. Salary do not have that solidarity and ford management cuts benefits, profit sharing and offshoring of jobs.

THE US vehicle industry (The Big Three) was fine until the then UAW president and assorted politicians challenged the Japs to manufacture here. Then Dr Demming was turned down by Detroit and the rest is history baby!

Tesla needs 25% less labor than any of the Big 3, No Union, No dealerships. UAW is an obsolete dinosaur.

UAW is Ford/GM/Stellantis Cancer. European and Asian OEM's do not have UAW workers, they know better.
All UAW plants have worst Quality indicators than any of those w/o Union workers (Tesla, Toyota, Honda, etc.)
Learn from Tesla NO Union Workers and NO Dealerships. That's the way to go.
