For once I hope the Rep Manager handlers / 50 cent party (attack the person and syntax not message) people report back that employees who want to work would love a flush of all middle level id--ts employed, that we are too afraid to say openly or in surveys because we could be targeted.
I want the company to do better cut out all the busy bodies and processes from 25 years ago and join the Geico model if you want to compete your woefully behind.
And if Geico is so bad go look on their layoff... nothing.
