Brwnd new guys running switches nonstop, not securing equipment which rolls out of tracks and red signal violations. Someone told them they were qualified after 2 months of training. They were never taught to read a timetable or high-wide paperwork either....

I enjoy hearing it took an hour for the new conductor to find the anglecock for the Loco brake pipe.
Listening to the radio while they switch the yard is pure entertainment. Wrong car, butted knuckles and bypasses galore.
