- Employees fear retaliation from surveys, People Leaders know who they mistreat so they know who reponded negatively
- Post the anonymous hotline contact information for all employees to feel comfortable. There is a lack of trust, how can we build trust?
- Offer courses on workplace bullying (what it is and how to prevent it and especially how to handle it)
- Layoffs are inevitable in any organization ( not sure how to address this)
- Career Growth- some People leaders don’t promote good performing employees. There are articles that discuss this with 60-70% of companies keeping bad bosses. Insecurities, egos and etc. Why they keep them we may never know. This is fact and studies prove this.
- This company is listed as a great place to work, I agree that it is. I also agree that this forum should not exist if there were trust within the organization. Provide a good outlet for employees to boost morale. If you are a good leader speak up. This affects the bottom line of companies failing.
