Adding to federal govt post…..
Transitory inflation = no raises
Green new deal = work for Accenture for less pay or you quit with no severance

I like your mafia analogy but I think a better comparision would be to our federal government. Heck, the government has it's own version of enforcers (DOJ,FBI,etc)

"Big guy" - PZ
"Hunter" - Any one of the hundreds of PZ staff
"China" - Blackrock, Accunture etc
Department of disinformation

FYI: Diversity, equity and inclusion vocabulary word of the week: Neurodiversity

AIG is like the mafia….if you are not “made” and well connected, you will either get let go, or no raises etc…I hate to be harsh, but just being honest

I see more and more colleagues leaving, and honestly I'm actively looking for another job too, only I'm beeing choosy because I'm confortable with my team and I'm not running away. However I don't believe that the Company will still be alive in 5/10 years at this pace... It's a shame but I believe that AIG is beyond salvation at this point... It's a walking dead which exaled the last breath on 2008 and since there it never recovered

If it's a day that ends in "Y" then there's a good bet a Layoff is coming

There will always be layoffs until the company is sold or goes bankrupt. Then there will be a final round, and depending on which event happens will determine the extent of the people impacted

But Pirate Pete and his band of marauders will have looted the company for hundreds of millions!

10% to 15% across the population is the goal. Obviously, it varies by business unit. Looking at several thousand employees.

By how much smaller will AIG get in 2023?
And how many employees do we have now,
what is the real number?

A round is coming before the end of Q4, but the big round will coincide with 2023 sti payments and the end of Q1 2023. Thousands will be given their sti and a pink slip to avoid them qualifying for the 2023 sti process.

Expense reduction will reach an all-time high next year. AIG will be a much smaller company by April 2023. Good luck.

No better way to wish a hardworking employee a happy holiday knowing that they have bought the “executive” “leadership” team and the “stakeholders” another a new mega yacht by filling out an application for unemployment.

Doesn’t that make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside?

AIG stock is quickly approaching a fresh 52 week low so you can get ready for some expense reduction in the near future to fund stock buy backs for the executive class. Send up the next group of sacrificial lambs (employees).

In the event you are sacrificed in the near future, PZ would still like to wish you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving!
