Anyone have any insight on how the claims organization operates now? Trying to figure out what the hierarchy is like, span of supervision, regional vs. virtual, thanks.

Claims is being replaced with an app. Pay 3x the price with do it yourself claims service
Under EB, the department doesn’t appear to function. I am not sure what the strategy or plan is. It’s never been coherently explained.
It doesn’t operate. It’s a disasterous mess. And quite frankly, it has been for many years.
