Can we do this in January so I don’t get screwed with taxes on my package? Would work best for everyone. It’s been great fun the last 30 years. I’m excited to start my new job creating value and making lots of money in another industry and finally responding to all the letters from other companies begging me to apply that I’ve gotten all year. I can’t wait do learn new things and work on something a little different for a change. Oh but if you want to keep me on that’s fine. I’ll still continue my top notch performance here then as demonstrated by a decade plus of excellent performance reviews you won’t bother to read. I’m ready either way. Whatever.
Holy Moly, I did not realize so many executives had flown around in the past couple of weeks to Asia for the formula 1 races!! What shameless behavior. We are laying off people, losing revenue and execs are wining and dining at the races!! Utterly shameful.

It seems they already have it but waiting for some trigger. Just the announcement seems to keep delaying.
