For a while, it might work for employees to put in double efforts just to make those at the top feel good. However, can it be sustainable in the long term? Of course it can't. DXC is becoming a shell of what it used to be and I think there is less and less chance for this company to get back on track. I wish I was wrong.

Chr1st DXC is a dead duck (replace d with f) company that there's no hope of rescuing
Nothing will destroy nobody. Believe in destiny and universal truth. What is yours will always be yours. What you deserve, you will get it. Nobody can take what is yours!
Long story short. Help the company turn around and we all will be happy and prosperous.
DXC is already dead, the body's just twitching.
The leadership have stopped even pretending to be interested in anything apart from increasing their already obscene rewards.
Sal I hope your mega inflation beating pay rise brings you no luck at all. #nocompassion
I give up, another pointless exercise, now it’s a two tier DXC. Tier 1 senior management with large mega inflation beating pay rises. Tier 2 remaining employees no pay rise and mega inflation.
