It's become clear that those at the top were never interested in the future of this company. How important was it to them that DXC be an important global player? My personal opinion (and I don't think I'm exaggerating) is that they were only interested in satisfying their own greed, while the company, employees, and even shareholders... all that was less or not at all important to them.

The goal was simple, let me break it down.
Agree bonus target with board.
Bring in staff, sorry mercenaries to help you get your bonus. Basically steak cutters.
Try and improve morale, if lies are needed so be it.
Try and remove a few management layers.
Improve communication.
Create synergies, can’t have been difficult cuz under Lawrie is was a sh-t show.
Get bonus.
Agree more ambitious targets for a bigger bonus.
Make huge cuts.
Try and sell divisions to improve bottom line.
Collect a second bonus.
Rinse and repeat as many times as needed…
If you read @OP+1iWd3r86 your all doing well but we are doing much better, each VP ie Mike and his gang have put their perspective of how they have milked the company dry and they are enjoying it.
They are open and honest how they are screwing the employees and shareholders to live the dream and a life of luxury whilst everyone is busy trying to survive.
This gang is open in how they delight I'm getting their millions, it's like a western film.
