Anyone know if the LL6+ email went to all Orgs or just those not impacted by the August (cough) restructuring? Seems like poor performers would have been included in that action. Aside from the suck ups, why would any still be around?

Exactly, agree. If you simply ask your boss, it would be confirmed in 1 second. So, you must not work at ford.
Agree that it would be nice to see the email, but you really need to speak with your people leader or someone in another part of the company because the email is real and you're just making an a$$ out of yourself by continuing to say "I call BS" without looking beyond this board for proof.
I still call BS. If you have the text of the email, you could post it. I'm not sure what your 'issues' are with this site, but your anonymity is not the problem. The problem is the email does not exist.

As far as the press picking up the story, Ford dropped all salaried retirees from insurance coverage in 2022 and no one even blinked.
After the exec bonus situation, which blew up when it was discovered, I don’t think management would again do something secretly when eventually it would come out publicly and blow up.
Ok, MAN. Just post the actual text of the email here and prove the troll wrong. I didn't see anyone identify themself as an LL6, so all of them can just post it. That's all that's needed.
I don't believe this is real. A troll made this whole 'low performer VSSP' thing up to stir up some s%#t. If the email is real, copy/paste the text of it and name the sender.

The email is real. I have a copy of it. It's light on details.
So it sounds like the only place it did not go to is model e.
Guys Ford Management has no clear idea of what workforce it needs. Because they not sure how to to run the business!

I am in Model e under Doug Field and have not heard of any instance of this alleged email going out to anyone. But it could be that Model e has all the top talent in the company at this point.
Can some post the terms of the VSSP. Are they giving 9 months severance and healthcare?
That is a good question. Maybe some are still left because they earn less than top performers.
It went to all. Some of the hardest hit areas got the email too.
