I see people who are still trying so hard and doing several jobs because they are picking up after the many who were laid off and I can't help but wonder why. Xerox doesn't deserve your best. I stopped giving my best to the company a long time ago. Now I put in an average/below-average effort for the average/below-average pay I receive each month. If you're doing more, you're rewarding the company that doesn't care about you with free labor. Nobody should be doing that.

Why bother… take the money and run!
I put into the job what I get out of it.
I put in more when my 401k was matched quarterly instead of the end of the year "if I'm still employed".
I put in more when I was doing my job and not the job of 2 to 3 others.
I put in more when the threat of being laid off wasn't constantly hanging heavy in the air every month or quarter.
I put in more when there were supplies and equipment available to ship to customers, not the constant escalations and complaints that I get today about machines that can't get supplies, or new machines that can't be formally installed because some piece is missing.
I used to put in a lot more. Now, not so much.
Much more than you think. Don’t be surprised what happens next.

Xerox’s word isn’t worth a plug nickel.
What % currently fit in the Quiet Quit bucket?
You dont get it buddy. No clue at all
You don't get it. Those people are compensated well by being told they "rock" or that they're "rockstars."
If you can't do your best at your job, find another job.
