Does anyone know where we can find out more information about this? Our leadership hasn't said anything to us, they are silent when it comes to important things.

I’m not the OP, but people asking for confirmation might need to wait. It could be rabble rousing, or it may be legit.
There are people that post here that are part of high level meetings and conversations. They can’t always reveal their source without losing their anonymity.
