Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

So it has to be obvious to everyone by now!

Following the destruction resulting from Hurricane Ian, and Eric Brandt's firm, decisive, and dare I say loving leadership in the crisis...
...clearly Eric is THE leader for the future of Allstate!

I think the people with the delusional belief in a buyer somehow think Elon Musk is going to fund it (because he's always wanted a broken down, boring, legacy business I guess). I think maybe "Q" is involved as well.

Progressive doesn’t have near the capital to buy Allstate.

Progressive isn't going to buy Allstate. They are perfectly content to continue to poach the profitable parts of the book and leave behind the garbage.

Eric is going nowhere . Transformative growth will find him on the outside when Allstate is sold to Progressive. Eric's expertise will no longer be needed. The foks in Mayfield, know what they are doing. Cutting the fat of Allstate is priority 1. Unfortunately, there will be no need for Eric when TW pulls the trigger and sells Allstate to Progressive.
