Plus they might have figured out that the reluctant surveyees are more likely to rate lower, pulling down their scores.

On LTL they said they had 80% participation. They probably figured they wouldn't get that much more by extending the deadline.
Can't wait to see the report out on LTL where they only look at company wide aggregate metrics instead of breaking it down into any sort of meaningful analysis.
Looks like no extension this year. I wonder why.
Sorry for the type. Should be "sez", not "say".
50 cents sez they extend the deadline.
50 cents say they extend the My Voice Survey.
Nothing changed, and in this economic environment, very few people are irreplaceable including me. The point is if enough people give honest feedback MAYBE something can change or at least maybe we don't have to see their silly bs powerpoint slides where they spin the numbers to their favor. I don't understand not taking the chance to let these id--ts know how useless they are.
Ok @ahzc+1j38xPtM .
So you gave some terrible and honest feedback.
- What changed?
- Are you a ly--h pin worker? (Does something important that not many can do)
Everyone is paranoid. For the last 3+ years I've given some terrible and honest feedback. If anyone was going to be fired over the survey, I'm that person, but here I am still.
Edit - Read the privacy policy IN THE SURVEY ITSELF.
You don't have to do it.
Mgmt pushes it, but read the privacy policy. It is totally voluntary and you can stop answering anytime you want.
For example, you can stop answering before question #1.
Why bother? Nothing changes.
This place sucks and don't believe it's anonymous
No
You’re right. I’m not playing their game either. Good luck with the interviews.
Not me. It's not Anonymous.
They do what ever they want anyway.
Plus, have been on a bunch of interviews- Really hope to not be around much longer. .
