Racial / ethnic discrimination is happening at the higher levels and no one is paying attention. How disgusting.

I agree that there has been discrimination for years but lately, with the new leadership of SB and his Macys group, things are worst and EK is not getting involved even though he is a minority. They promoted DA to GVP just to say they have a minority in a VP role. However, they promoted over 10 RMs in the past 4 months and only one minority was promoted despite many having applied, they were not even interviewed.

Care to elaborate? Store level staff are out of the loop and just trying to stay afloat day to day.
