Now DXC can say they are giving out Bonus , the employee recognition is recorded as taxable Bonus on your pay check. So these so called points are not free either. What Bullsh-t

Please use the recognition websites in dxc to recognize fellow dxc'ers who have gone above and beyond in their respective jobs.
Be grateful for recognition, I work for a subsidiary of DXC and we get zip! The pay grades are the same as they were in 1990 but strangely the management grades went up in line with industry levels.
I have not heard of any Bonus pay. Please elaborate. Its much appreciated as my sector is rarely if ever notified of things like this. Thanks in advance!
Recognition is only a few dollars and it goes on the paycheck and is treated as taxable income. I want my increase NOW. and have retroactive back to April or I am turning in my notice at the end of the month
Typical bullsh|t from the c0cksuckers. I mentioned to the "manager" that there is no raise, no bonus, no compliment, no encouragement, no recognition. She replied about the stupid recognition thing, like we can all sit around and wait for our peers to "recognize" us and offer some sh|tty crumbs.
