Thread regarding Centene Corp. layoffs

Covid Vaccine and Sick Time

Per the employee FAQs in the Working from Here site, beginning 10/10/22 Centene will no longer require the vaccine for employment. Additionally, Covid sick time will no longer be provided except in specific states. However, some states will receive 80+ supplemental sick hours. Too bad everyone in the company can’t receive an increase in sick time.

I agree with a class action lawsuit…how do we get this started?

Anyone not willing to get the vaccine are obviously not the brightest bulbs in the box anyways. This was a good way to get rid of dead weight, it's a shame they're not keeping the requirement.

The employees that were fired because they didn't receive the Covid vaccine should get a forum together where we can communicate regarding a class action lawsuit. They fired thousands across the country and now it's not a requirement.

So they fired people for no vaccine and now they no longer care? Smh.

"Centene will no longer require the vaccine for employment." And we were all OK with that right? What's next on this slippery slope?  Proof of flu shot? US Citizen test, NRA membership requirement, Proof of non-smoker status. It's interesting how they changed the rules and added a "requirement of employment" and nobody seems to have a problem with it.
