I am totally disappointed with what CCI has become. Upper management - do they even know what they are doing? I am reluctant to say that someone is incompetent, but it really seems to me that they have lost control and that they do not care at all about the future of the company. I wish it wasn't like that.

These random post about EMT cluelessness have no value without context. They’re usually posted by low level employees who form opinions around rumor and innuendo.
Yeah things may be bad at Crown but we are far from failure. Just look at all the open positions on Ultipro as proof that we’re in growth mode despite all of our shortcomings. Savor the moment because it doesn’t get any better in telecom than Crown.
EMT had failed, Network VPs and directors are all from failed fiber companies but weren't high enough in them to cash out, tower VPs and Directors are still Bob A's New York accountant buddies. It's a mess but what can we do.
Our business is towers but it's run by accountants who ate trying to grow the construction side but have zero construction experience or knowledge and we want to grow small cells but they get no support including removing any form of project management with PDI2. 1
I'm certain all will be revealed after their big pow-wow this week, but probably not. Either way, be prepared for some changes.
