Is the PDC schedule driving to people to quit? 12/12 for 2 weeks has got to be awesome for home life, kids, marriage, and personnel time. Also, with so much time off, nobody needs PTO. How can a department care so little for their staff?

PDC leadership is garbage.

What does million in ten have to do with any of this?
A rotational schedule does not mean you get more time with family. Family still has the same activities or work whether your working or not and due to this fact you actually get less time with them doing shift work. The only exception would be if your children are under the age of 5 and/or your spouse doesnt work.
And comparing a remote hub position to the field shouldn't be a thing. They are two very different jobs and should be treated as such.
MILLION IN TEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I agree with @3sir+, it’s 8:30 to 3:30ish everyday!
You need to come over to prod ops; it is a much better work life balance schedule
Why are you complaining? It’s the same schedule as the field. I think it’s great I get 2 weeks uninterrupted with my family.
