Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Every month is a layoff month

It seems TMO is trying to do layoffs in trickles to avoid having to give advance notice. So they have mini layoffs. Ever since MS took over, the company doesn’t care about employees or customers. Being laid off 2 years ago was the best thing that happened. I am learning new tools, building a network, gained a side hustle, and have my work life balance back. This company is overrated. Others pay better. I joined because they used to care about employees and customers. We had a good culture. TMO is dead.

Well, MS just thinks KC employees are a "fringe" minority and the purge is necessary for the love of the customers.

Yes, rumors in KC were they layoff just enough folks to be under the govt reporting requirements. So much for their promises a few years back!

MS sure has changed the culture for the worse. It's not the company that the public thinks it is.
