I remember when we used to hire people just on their qualifications, without considering s-x or race.
Now new hires and promotions are now based on s-x and race.
I know so many senior grades now that don't even know what ohm's law is.
Intel is doomed.

Whatever university you went to(although i
am sure you are high school diploma holder who sucked at Math and got lucky as you were authorized to work in US) - most of your professor would be indians.
So stop being a cry baby and start spending your hours on interviewing for other companies rather than seating on on couch and having beers while watching stupid baseball game…
Right on! I know a guy who got his Job in Intel because the hiring manager is his uncle's friend. Literally the entire process was rigged to his favor! The guy had a good relation with the recruiter. The entire thing was a setup. I wonder how many good candidates lost that seat just becuase that guy had a link inside.
I have an Indian brother-in-law. What I've learned about Indian culture is nepotism is expected, Indians hire and promote Indians. Intel is being overrun by Indians that graduated from garbage Indian universities.
Is it any wonder we used to put out a new processor in 9 months and now that we are flooded with Indians we can't release a new processor even after 6 years@
Intel promotions are based on caste.
