Mass exodus in HR

Does anyone know why there has been a mass exodus of HR people under PMT?! What gives?

Even they can’t take the unethical treatment of the employees by the CORP HON crypt keepers.

One question - HR at PMT? Who cares? Could set up a bunch of 1980's vintage answering machines and get better results.

I believe if you have to ask this question, you already know the answer. The writing is and has been on the wall for some time. I’d like to think that HR has a conscience and doesn’t ‘agree’ with the standard practices taking place, but the sad reality is one dog, one bone. Inside information = bail.

I think a job in HR has to be the only department more depressing than working in mine…..

Probably tired of laying off good workers and hiding age discrimination

Same reason there is a mass exodus in many parts of HON. Leadership’s greed is catching up to them and no one wants to work in the toxic environment it created.

Honestly, I feel bad for the normal HR group. They know what a good company should look like, they see the problems, but they are powerless to do anything. And if they make waves by daring to rake surveys or benchmark, they are gone.

Then there is buisness HR whom that plays games with blocking hires and headcount for political reasons. They make sure that certain managers succeed or fail. You know that you have issues with someone high up when you and regular HR opens a requisition, and then find it closed without notice a week later.

Probably not a good sign. HR is always aware of closures or layoffs first. If they are leaving, it’s probably time to make other plans.

Lol, HR is first to hear.
In aero those smiley HR people don’t stay long enough to bother learning their name. We just call them all “karen”
