Man U DXC transformation journey

Well done Manchester United DXC.

At one stage in the Man U v Man City match united were losing by 5 goals to 1 and then managed to pull it back to a loss of 6 goals to 3. (Final score Man City 6 Man Unitlted 3)

What a transformation story, the losses have been reduced, although there's no points for a loss its a big sign of progression.

This time in 2032 United will win a cup, all inspired by their sponsors that a transformation journey can take a while.

That’s a club in massive trouble when the financials are not correct the results are the next thing down the drain. It mirrors something else too.

Over here (USA) they sponsor a NASCAR team. Who in the stands at an oval track race ever thought "Hey! Look at that! I think I'll transform my entire IT organization to the company sponsoring that snazzy looking car!". I'm surprised the boards of these companies even allow such wastes of money. And for the record, I am not against NASCAR or other forms of racing or sports. I just don't think NASCAR is a good fit for an IT company.

2emz+1j0B9V0g - agree to be fair Mikey no #1 under his disastrous leadership at CSC (and then DXC) was happy to throw $ millions away to sponsor Virgin F1 Team.

Looks like Mr Shouty happy to continue with this practice.

I find it amazing that DXC UK cannot adequately pay its staff, but is more than happy to pump $s into a football club.

I can't think of a single IT contract that has been won as a result of sponsoring a football club. I can think of numerous contracts that have been won by staff who work hard because their employer values them and rewards them well.

Mr Shouty appears to have no clue how to run an effective organization. An effective leader would have been growing DXC and rewarding staff well. Instead, he's cutting DXC and pouring money into a football club.

platform-x in our transformation journey. is not an application, but infrastructure monitoring platform! Stop trying to sell it as anything more! Another DXC yes person, DXC CEO Mike MrShoutly failed at DXC core values.

Do the Right thing , Do what we say were going to do. It's Oct and still NO News on August reviews and pay increases ? Of course the Board , Executives got theirs , but like Magic no money for the real workers! FU-K YOU

For the bottom 3 in the premier league the result is the same. Relegation. They go with a “parachute “ payment if they do. Sounds familiar. But at least we are not the worst would be the cry of shouty and his “coaching staff” we got paid compensation. The best pieces will be sold off just like players and the team broken up. Ahh the Kodak moment. Remember that the “DXC moment “ is to come. Whether we stay up or not.
