Yes I can confirm I’ve had this communication also today. I’m UK based and there will be no merit review this year. I’ve already handed in my notice and this communication confirms I’ve done the right thing.

It will be interesting to see how they will try to spin this - will they pretend no one's angry about this or express some mock sympathy and then move on to talk about values or culture? Which will be rich given the disregard they've shown staff
