Not really a surprise since 3 percent is spread across individual contributor teams and executive pay increases are 10 to 15% each year...... Molina has been suggested as a better employer over the past few years.
Some rough math from that data indicates that the median salary at each company is:

United: $61,000
Cigna: $67,000
Centene: $71,000

No surprise. All the open positions they refuse to fill roll up to her.
