I have a question about all the fuss over presale. Cosmetic or Charity day. Management only seems to care about what we do in presale versus our over all goal. We are constantly being harassed if we aren’t where they think we should be in presale, but once the event starts they say nothing. Even if the event is successful, you get no recognition at the end. I have only been with company a couple of years so maybe I’m missing something.

The company believes that if you don't meet your presell number, then you won't make your overall goal. While this is true for the most part, if you properly execute the event, then you'll make your overall gift goal.
