Has anyone read "Flushy: a Tale of Corporate Satire in the Insurance Industry"?? Reminds me a lot of this horrid place.

I almost fell out of my chair when I read this line in the book. "Life happens, nothing is by accident. In order to lead this revolution it takes a commitment to be the best every single day. Let’s all just stay focused. I’m asking you all to trust the process. We are well on the way to our One-Hundred Billion Dollar vision, but without sacrifice that’ll remain just a vision. With that, once again, THANK YOU for leading. Thank you for being self-aware."
Definitely B.
Our claim department would answer B. They are horrendous at returning phone calls. When they actually do speak to a customer, they talk down to them like two year olds.
“A customer asks you to speak to a manager about a claim not being paid. What should you do? Pick from one of the options below: A. tell your manager
B. don’t return the call
c.tell the customer the payment is on the way without confirming
- schedule a follow up appointment with the customer for another time hoping they will forget about it.”
My CSL once told me that if I gave her work phone number out to a customer, she would write me up. Glad I got out of that mess.
OMG. This sh*t is hilarious. A guy goes to work for a giant life insurance company that works it's employees to death.
"Sold my soul to the toilet bowl." Lololol
This seems comical, if it wasn't so spot on. FML "Lean into the process." "Eat the elephant one bite at a time."
