I think it is only fair to let you all know what is coming for agents in terms of the changes in underwriting and agency services. Things will be changing big time for our agents.
*Underwriting will be about 90% automated and AI. No more underwriting chat service for agents. Only human underwriting presence will be properly services and processing behind the scenes that will not be serving agents directly. No more underwriting appeals and escalations for agents. All decisions will be final from the system.
*All agency chat service will be with overseas contractors aside from very few retained. You will be speaking with trained overseas contractor employees from Mexico and Asian countries and no longer Allstate employees.
*Chats will be timed and only available for a period of 10 minutes per interaction
*No more manager contacts or escalations. Chat will be your only point of agency service contact.
