My main goal when joining was to grow my skills and learn. It took me about two months to realize that was not going to happen. Most of the time I'm forced to learn things on the go and on my own, with very little help from others. It's not a big deal, I'm already planning to leave, but I'd lie if I said I wasn't disappointed. I was told one thing and walked into something completely different. That shouldn't happen.

it used to be a fantastic place to grow your skills you get hands-on, not much direction and FREE AWS, Azure , VMWARE, Storage training. WTF are you talking about no training ?
Now if you take all these classes and are not from a low cost country, there will be no place for you at DXC but at least you will have the skills to go somewhere else
If you cannot grow your skills, please grow your beard and post your pictures in culture week.
Sometimes I have to learn on the job and, occasionally, do so in the evenings. This is a personal choice however because I very much enjoy what I do. If I may ask, what were your expectations on growing your skills at DXC?
Ah....what a special needy someone - grow up fool
