If you want to see reality, watch the movie THE DECLINE OF WESTERN CIVILIZATION. It was filmed in the late 70's early 80s. It gives a clear picture of your consultants and VPs at SF. Is that really what you want or consider your leadership? Anarchy? Really.....the type of people who make policy decisions matter.

3 million book of business is not what it used to be, that’s barely going to pay for your primary home and your Beachhouse. You’d have to go to the lighter on staffing just to make that work. It is doable but it would be tight.

Here is a fun exercise. In outlook , search for people with a title of vp or Vice President. Count them up. The number will astonish you and make you question why we need that much beauracracy.

VPs are worthless. Most can't shoot straight. Most play when they should be working. 99% don't put in a full day's work. They spend time on their cell phone while on a golf course. All while collecting a huge paycheck. How do I know? I've seen it. Most agents are same.

We could reduce our outlook capacity if that were the case as our email volume would drop by 80%.

VPs and sales leaders aren't worth anything. They are strictly politicians that CREATE ZERO value.
