I'm in asdu and management told us in the meeting every department will get met with last week individually. I just want to see if that's true or do you work in a department that hasn't had a meeting or heard anything?

I am in virtual property claims. We haven't heard anything about layoffs but work seems to be disappearing. Maybe a secret transition to Pune? Who knows.
I’m in Auto Workflow and nothing said yet. But, I do see more & more being sent to Pune… Also seeing use of vendors for inspections.
The general level of misinformation about work transitioning to ASPL or vendors is a direct result of management's lack of transparency and a conscious choice. The plans are built, but each area of work is on different timelines. They desire to keep employees as long as possible to run the business while plans are implemented. To communicate the entire PL plan would likely result in chaos and turnover, which no department needs more of at this point. Some refer to this as the messy middle and few good choices for the company or employees.
I am in ASDU as well and I know CCC, AST, policy admin, and areas of legal got the message based on peers there who I spoke to about it and they told me so. Claims may not get the same message or timing may be different as the movement there is more to Allstate India rather than outsourced contractors.
