Is anybody going to spill the beans?
Well, tomorrow is the 15th…how can I attend?
Not sure if this is the big meeting but it’s certainly coming sooner or later.
2020 Allstate OG here- September was overall announcement, October was here is your 60 day notice-
Dec (mid) was “can you stay until Jan”
Jan was “can you stay until March”
I chose to leave Jan. But it most likely will fall at years end as to not carry benefits into new year.
Trust me- life it so bright without the metrics, meetings and fear of losing a job. Look in insurance. Progressive and others NEED people.
Some states like NY require 90 days notice🧐
Town halls are typically after to talk through what’s happening. However around the 14the makes sense. Let’s say for example the ability to do timekeeping ends on 12/15, count backwards 60 days for notices to go out. That way employees are off the books by year’s end
There's been a townhall every month.
That time would be consistent, wouldn't say for sure but there may be some kind of general communication.
