culture week or all the other bullsh-t emails coming out of corporate. If they really cared about their employees they would give us any pay increase. Fu-k you executives they should take your cut in pay and give the people that are really making the customers happy or money

Another post says no merit increases , so Mike S needs to FIRED for cause because he didn't ahere to any of the DXC Values ! NO golden parachute if he fired for cause !

When Mike S took over, he talked a great game. Good things were going to happen at DXC.

He didn’t do what he said. He didn’t put people first.

He’s failed. DXC will fail. If you’re still there, leave before the company fails completely.

Eh???

Even the Admiral Kuznetsov can turn around faster, and that's with only a tug-boat and a wooden paddle.

Even if true, Mike should not have got rises of such gargantuan proportions (some might argue of any proportion) until achieved...
