All you really need to know where your jobs are going is concerned,,is to look at the cost of a gallon of milk in India. It’s not rocket science to understand that the people in India are smart, gracious, and very capable and willing to takeover even the hardest jobs at Allstate. Yes, that means yours casualty adjusters. It is happening behind your back right now. Plans are being put into place and you will be told as more of their training is complete. A gallon of milk in India is 85 cents US. A Ruoee is 1 cent US. Follow the money. Ask your leader how much these good folks are making there. They are a bargain and that’s the name of the game. Find the bargains.

Multiple departments are moving jobs to India. They are cheaper to pay - around 3 of them to one person in the US. They said they are keeping the jobs in-house and not using vendors, they never said which house it would be. The work they put out is usually lousy, but it is cheap. This place is trying to be as lousy as G31co for service and twice the price.
Leave this place when your licensed…boy arent you bring a lot of value. Your likely making less than those in Pune, so my prediction is you are safe.

If I brought this up in a huddle, everyone would be shocketh. My CSL would provide a blank stare and say something to the affect of “ I don’t know but I will ask the delivery manager”. They won’t come clean with their schemes. Just using us until they don’t need us anymore. I’m hoping to leave this place as soon as I’m licensed.
