My morale is zero, but I guess there are a lot of people who started to despise their job here. What is the management doing to raise morale? Pretty much nothing.

Why would we have morale when we are all taking a net pay cut by staying here since they refuse to keep up with inflation and the buying power of the dollar.
@Michael -Reagan isn't president anymore please pay your serfs
no stock purchase plan and they don't plan on ever having one
They used to give actual perks, meaningful individual awards, merit bonuses, and long term incentives… with all of that gone no wonder morale is zero. I put in my two hours of unmotivated work per week while looking for better jobs (tip: competitors pay more). Pretty sure my manager works 0 hours per week so there’s no accountability all the way up the chain.
I am very motivated to work for Dell. This is the COMPANY which I want to dedicate my work efforts to!! The best HW company in the World!!
I want to quit but fear I'm having a "grass is greener" mentality
wow. Meh. Work is meh. It is a corporate job. It is the same at HPE, Cisco, Amazon, etc. Either find other avenues to find happiness or find a new job. Life is too short
COnfession: I pretend to be so excited with new projects even through I know the new project is a copy of the old project painted in different color. Seriously I've been quietly quitting while searching for a new job. Found the new job with 30% increase but question is does it worth it because I only need to work 2 hours a day at Dell.
Take Pictures of team Post it on Linkdin
Go to lunches with the Team and post it on Linkdin
Set up some emotional stories and post stories on Linkdin
The beatings will continue until morale improves.
I know they're not matching salaries of competitors.
