Hey there. I’m a friend of the “the mole”. He/His says we’re in for a rough winter from a layoff perspective. We’re going to follow suit with the high tech companies even though we’re a natural gas company. Sad news and stuff. Probably standard operating procedure. Anyone that is male, white and over the age of 40 is a likely candidate. 👀👀🤞

I am hearing stuff around the water cooler concerning another round of layoffs, including Directors. This is to improve bottom line. Timing? Who knows. Likely early 4th quarter. HR drafting up pros and cons list for Way.
