I honestly feel sorry for all those who put in so much effort thinking that it will be recognized and appreciated here. They often realize too late that it was all in vain, when stress begins to seriously affect their mental and physical health.
It would be interesting if we had an analysis of how working at SF, especially in claims, affected the health of long-term employees

Read THE DELIBERATE D-MBING OF AMERICA. That is exactly what is the mission of the educators and corporate life. So very true and will remain that way until we can no longer live comfortably. It is true at SF. More of a reason their narrative is a propaganda lie.
None of them will be able to retire. Corporate greed will see to that along with current values, ethics, and policies. If things don't change civil war is eminent. So very sad. United we stand and divided we will fall.
People forget they raised these all about me brats.
We will forever be paying off the "student loans" and other items of this generation who are unable to achieve things on their own.
I feel sorry for your generation.
You were overly protected by your parents, the public school system, and other forces.
You are now unprepared for the realities of life and will either live in your parents basement until they are no longer available to support you, or you will be unhappy forever, longing for what others have that you don't have the will, means or motivation to obtain.
In every work environment We have to be thick skin, It's just the way it is
If You are in a situation You unlike change it.
Putting up with a toxic environment is on You.
