Odd, Intel 3 was outlined for production ramp in 2nd half 2023, it is Q3 2022. To not already have PDK means you expect teams to receive PDK and design, prototype, qualify in less than 9 months. Given the fact it takes almost 3 months to get silicon out it means best case Intel 3 is lining up for a story like 10nm and the paper launch of a a few hundred chips on an obscure skew to meet a delusionary CEOs false promises
