23 people RIF'd in PHS last Thursday. Included clinical managers and team leads, no frontline staff. Phase 2 will be in 2 wks and they are already planning phase 3. That's all I know.

That's the US. Very few if any real employment rights and vile capitalism. Anything to increase profiteering. Go Philippines, India, etc. Go endless profits off of the sick and the infirm!
