Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Someone explain 30 30 to me

I keep hearing about the 30 30 contract and have no idea what it means apart from everyone on the aerospace accounts being really pi---d off

In the UK, whenever an IT account was taken over. the expensive staff were tupe'd into places like Chorley, where their treatment was to be "different" to what they were used to.
If they resigned, DXC didn't have to pay their generous WFR payoff entitlement - It was good business for a while.

All thats left now, are the detritus sh*t skilled, hanging on for a generous WFR package.

This 30/30 makes no difference to anyone - everyone is just waiting for the big one

It means that the Chorley trash are finally going to have to deliver something or get WFR'd

How big is this account in Revenue, we definitely hear a lot of spin. Is it a real strategic account?

it means Mikey2 doing the exact opposite of what he told the market - forget the "only signing profitable deals from now on", its "i'll do anything to hang on to some revenue", basically 30% more work/scope for 30% less cost. so expect the last few capable people on the account to leave shortly ...
