It is very amusing to see the leadership of Dubai, UK, Italy etc desperately trying to control the narrative and interaction with the new CEO. Their dark arts, manipulation and bullying behaviour is coming to an end. If the CEO makes just a few key firings motivation and collective positiveness would skyrocket.

I hope that we see some key dismissals in Dubai.
Avaya has extensive human resource and ethics problems in its immediate history. The old CEO created an environment that rewarded bullies and intimidated and retaliated against anyone who challenged their poor business decisions or their inappropriate behaviors. Anyone who thrived directly under the old leadership should be top of the termination list. They carry the virus of the past with them.
