Yesterday was my last day at Sams Club. 32 years. Going on an adventure. The adventure of changing my life. If you are a Christian pray for me . If you are not then send me some good vibes ! I can not presume to tell any one here what is right for them , but I know this was right for me.

I quit just before my 20th. I wanted to be sure i never got a free membership. I did not ever want to be reminded of the nightmare that is Sams club.

Good for you! I resigned after 27 years. What a joke that place has become! I know you will do great things and there are employers who appreciate dedicated people! WAY TO GO!
Well last Friday was my last day after 7 and half years. I was replaced in 1 day of giving my notice lol. I was so tired of the dram, negativity, disrespect, no integrity, and lack of appreciation. So I am off to better things and I can't tell you guys how relived I am to be leaving.
Oh my gosh, my heart is happy for you. What are you doing next? Seems to be the trend with long term associates. SAD FOR SURE! But look they don't pay us what we're worth anymore. Money is why we work in the first place. They want more from all of us than the new hires that make more. We don't need to train these newbies[ which I don't have a problem with but they only stay a few weeks] at my club we have lost so many that knew anything. This place use to be the best job for employees they use to care about us.. breaks my heart but time for all of to move on from there 2% raise a year and benefits decreased every single year. I am grateful for the years that this company use to pay it forward, not so any more. They will use the excuse of a ression and take even more the next fiscal year. CONGRATS ON YOUR SELF WORTH MY FRIEND!!

I worked for Sam’s over 30 years and now work for Frito Lay and enjoy it very much.There is life after Sam’s.

I resigned no two weeks notice after being harassed by TL and no job training!! Lied to about severance but the peace is the best reward!!
