With the current turmoil at Belk corporate, (nir patel lawsuit, executives jumping ship at an epic rate) can belk suddenly fold if there is literally no leadership left? Are more people jumping ship?

Sycamore has control of company. Leadership can all bail them someone from Sucko will step in as interim and it will even Suckomore not less
