In a year when inflation has roared to 10% and beyond they are trying to strecht out a review for 18 months.
There's No point joining DXC if your a new starter this is the way they treat you and you will never get a raise once your in.
Stay clear, much better employers out there who recognise their employees and give annual merit raises.
In Dxc Only the people at the top can justify a raise for themselves somehow, but for the rest they will conjour up a excuse to say the company isn't doing well.

People, you aren’t getting jack sh-t, and the thing is they don’t care that they lied to you. If you think any of the execs give a flying fu-k about any of you, you must also think politicians actually care about you too, and need to wake up. I’m still waiting for the raise they promised us in 2019. The only raise you’re going to get is if you leave.
Please put a telephone directory under your seat and you will get a rise.

Yer not getting a raise. If you magically do, it will be so small it won't actually matter.
I heard they will be revisited after Q2. God forbid they communicate this. Poor conduct, not really following the values they preach to employees.
They aren't, from experience if you get 1.5% you will be lucky.
