Intel is history. The party is over and we are just one of many companies that can build CPUs.
Intel lags in manufacturing, lags in technology, lags in scale. End result even the best designed product won’t be cost competitive compared to the competitors silicon.

The trend in servers shows AMD rapidly taking market share while Intel declines. Given the AMD's execution, road map, superior product line along with Intel's continuing execution problems there is no bottom anytime soon.

Intel shares look shaky as he-l. You have companies like apple, Amazon , Samsung , Qualcomm posting good returns. Nobody would buy Intel in hopes of a comeback.
