They think TG is great, Shapiro was just not quick enough….
Don’t think Shapiro leaving is a sign that things will get better….the opposite is the truth..

I'm not sure anything can get much worse with Glenn leaving Allstate....he tore up Liberty and immediately got to work decimating us. It's been a total Sxxt Show since he got here. Why do you think this next guy will be worse?
I disagree. Shapiro announced to his mentees 18 months ago that he was retiring. They almost all left by june of 2021. I think the reason that he left was because he was not going to be made ceo with the horrendous customer service numbers and poor tech. Don't fret. His parachute is golden.
