Let's face it. Transformative growth has been an epic failure. I understand cutting expenses, but upper management has cut the wrong areas. Service has been at an all time low since I've been here for the customer and the most recent earning was a big loss. Stop trying to be geico or progressive. I'd personally continue having higher prices with agents and pushing quality. If you have quality people will pay a higher price. Don't give low quality and think people will pay low prices

“Transformative growth” is an ironic name to give this unfortunate situation.
